INDIAN GOD AND GODDESS

Hindus believe that there is one great power, which rules the heavens and the sky. He, in the Hindu religion is known as Brahman.; also known as Bhagwan. However, this great power is known to the world in many other forms. He changes into other forms to perform his duty. That is how there are many gods and goddesses in the Hindu religion, too many to mention. Each god has his own special power, and grants for what he stands for. Some gods and goddesses are more known than others. It depends on what the devotee prays for. A true devotee will pray to their god every day, chant his name, and sing his praises. Which god and goddess stand for what? What do they grant to the person that prays to them?

Lakshmi

The goddess of light, Lakshmi, is one of the most well known gods. She removes darkness, the personification of sin and ignorance. Her light brightens the path one travels, and leads them to prosperity and success. She is the dispeller of sickness and misery. One very special puja day that is observed in honor of Lord Lakshmi is Diwali. It comes around once a year in the months of late October and early November.

Saraswati

Mother Saraswati, is the goddess of knowledge and music. She carries the veena, a guitar- like instrument. Most youths pray to this god, for she grants wisdom.

Durga Mata

Another great goddess is Durga Mata. Another name for her is Maha Kaali. She removes all fears of births and deaths. She is the supporter and the destroyer. She punishes the wicked and rewards good people that pray to god. Pray to her and she will bless you. Then you will be able to perform miracles and be victorious in life.

Lord Ganesh

Lord Ganesh, he represents the ideal child. He also stands for knowledge and the remover of obstacles. He is the protector of all. He is Shiva’s and Parvati’s son. He has the face of an elephant and is a symbol of perfection. He is the giver of happiness and good fortune.

Shiva

Shiva is the destroyer of all evil things. He is also the remover of sins and fear. He became blue when he saved the world from destruction. With his blessings you will be able to achieve anything in life.

Lord Ram

Lord Ram, he is the husband of Seeta. He controls birth and death. He is the destroyer of evil propensities. He grants mercy and forgiveness. He will also bless you with bliss and prosperity.

Hanuman

One great god is Hanuman Swami, the chief of monkeys. He holds up a mountain symbolizing his great strength. He is a great protector. One great praise to him is the Hanuman Chalisa. All 40 verses consists of asking Hanuman for his blessings, and praising him of all the good that he fought and stands for. 

As you can see the Hindu gods and goddesses are a beautiful part of our religion. They stand for good things. You don’t have to pray to every single one. You can pick one god, and be a true devotee to him. If you want to, you can pray to all the gods, but as one. Which ever god you pray to, it’s the same one great power. If you do things right, work hard, and pray to god, he will bless you. You will be able to accomplish many goals and dreams, if you put your mind to it, and God will help you get there.

CIA HEADQUARTERS

The Original Headquarters Building was designed in the mid-1950s by the New York firm of Harrison and Abramovitz, designers of the UN building. Located about eight miles from downtown Washington, the grounds were envisioned by then Director of Central Intelligence, Allen W. Dulles, as an environment similar to a college campus.

The New Headquarters Building was designed in the early 1980s by the Detroit architectural and engineering firm of Smith, Hinchman & Grylls. The new building is joined to the west facade of the original building and includes two six-story office towers connected by a four-story core area. It is a steel and glass structure as compared to the precast concrete construction of the original building.
Construction

The cornerstone of the original building was laid on 3 November 1959, and construction was completed in November 1963. Construction of the new building began in May 1984. The cornerstone was laid by the then Vice President of the United States, George Bush, on 1 November 1985. Occupancy of the new building began in June 1988, and it was essentially completed and occupied in March 1991.
Space

The original building consists of 1,400,000 square feet, and the new building contains 1,100,000 square feet of space. Buildings and grounds comprise 258 acres.

The Mysterious Fairy photos of Cottingley Glen

Two young girls were Elsie Wright (16 years old) and her young cousin Frances Griffiths (10 years old) In West Yorkshire, England has taken very strange photographs which they are with fairies. Elsie and Frances liked to play and they are mostly like to play down at the creek behind the house which their parents are forbid to do it. Once when they told their parents ask them why you are going to play in creek? And the children’s said there are fairies in the creek but their parent’s didn’t believe it so Elsie and Frances have to show the proof so Elise took her father’s camera and took the pictures of Frances with five small fairies with her at the creek .The girls went back to their home and said Elise’s father to develop the photograph and when the photograph was developed everybody get surprised even Elsie's father.

After few months later Frances talk Elise with a small gnome and Elsie's mother didn’t revel that photograph in 2 years until she decided to show it to specialist of the philosophy that informs of the possibility of nature spirits. Those photographs were become very popular among the whole country and there are many debates about that image and most of peoples believe it. Many professionals where research about these photographs to figure it out is that image is real one or fake but once they saw the negatives and the picture they have to believe the pictures are true. Elsie Wright and Frances Griffiths were get very famous in this incident and others said to get more photos and so they took 3 pictures so the total Fairy photograph were get five. So are you really believe this images are true one see the pictures carefully and try to figure it out .Even though it was amazing story for all of them until those girls admit that photos were fake and those fairies picture were cut out from a picture book from 1910 and the cut outs were placed with them. Even though this is a lovely story,
